What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our secure payment method. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and your details are protected by SSL encryption for complete peace of mind.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday) across Malaysia. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) are processed the same business day for faster delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are in new or slightly used condition with original tags intact. Return shipping is free, and refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Do you charge for shipping?
No, Haanqo offers free shipping on all orders within Malaysia. There are no hidden charges, and the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
