Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to all states and regions within Malaysia — including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Every clothing item on our website is available for nationwide delivery, ensuring that customers from every corner of Malaysia can enjoy Haanqo’s curated collections.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+8) on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders made after 16:00 (GMT+8), or on weekends and Malaysian public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

This ensures every order is handled with accuracy and care before leaving our warehouse.

Handling Time

Once confirmed, each order is carefully packed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Our fulfillment team operates Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high-demand periods (such as sales or festive seasons), handling times may be slightly extended, but we always strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Delivery & Transit Time

After dispatch, your parcel typically arrives within 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location:

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 4–6 business days

Deliveries are carried out by our trusted courier partners and take place on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated Total Delivery Time

From order placement to delivery, you can expect your items to arrive within 4 to 9 business days in total.

This estimate includes both handling and transit time, offering a transparent overview of your delivery window.

Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Malaysia — no minimum spend, no hidden charges.

All prices listed on our website are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of shipping costs.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the courier’s system.
